Business & Pleasure Co. Competition Terms & Conditions

The BUSINESS & PLEASURE CO Competition is conducted by Business & Pleasure Co Pty Ltd (ABN 28 621 392 649) of Unit 10/570 Gold Coast Highway, Tugun, QLD, Australia, 4224 (“Business & Pleasure Co.”) (“the Promoters”).

The instructions below, on how to enter the Business & Pleasure Co. Promotion, form part of the terms and conditions of entry. By entering the Business & Pleasure Co. Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (as “Conditions of Entry”).  

1. The Business & Pleasure Co. Promotion opens at 12:01AM on Friday, 20 October 2023 (AEST)(“Start Date”) and closes at 11:59PM on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 (AEST)(“End Date”).  
2. Entry to the Business & Pleasure Co. Promotion is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or over, at the time of entry, to enter and claim the Business & Pleasure Promotion Prize.
3. Employees of the Promoters and agencies associated with this Promotion (Business & Pleasure Co.) are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.
4. To enter, entrants must before the End Date:
• Complete the online entry located on the Business & Pleasure Co website at https://businessandpleasureco.com.au/pages/hot-jazz-comp and
• Subscribe, or be a subscriber, to the Business & Pleasure Co. email marketing databases via the online entry form or at businessandpleasureco.com.au.
5. By entering the Business & Pleasure Co. Promotion, entrants agree and acknowledge that they are subscribing to the marketing database of Business & Pleasure Co. which will record their email address, phone number, first name, last name, and postcode. Entrants who choose to ‘opt-in’ consent to have their contact details (email, phone number, first name, last name, email) collected by the Promoters, consent to receiving email and SMS marketing from Business and Pleasure. Co. Subscribers may ‘opt-out’ of our databases at any time.
6. One (1) lucky winner of the Business & Pleasure Co. Promotion will be drawn at random by chance on 1 November 2023. Business & Pleasure Co. will email the lucky winner via the email address provided by the entrant, at our earliest possible convenience and by no later than 6.00PM on 2 November 2023 (AEST).
7. One (1) lucky winner of the Business & Pleasure Co. Promotion will win two (2) VIP Tickets to Hot! Jazz Festival Sydney, taking place on Nov 25th, 2023, one (1) $500 voucher to Business & Pleasure Co and one (1) $350 voucher to Standard Procedure Sunscreen.
