The perfect cocktail, and one of our all time favourites all year long, from warm summer days to brisk winter evenings. The Classic B&P Spritz—a staple for a reason. It’s all about the ratios: more Prosecco, less Aperol—the secret to getting it just right. A little bitter, a little sweet, and perfect any time of day.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz sparkling soda water
- 1 orange wedge for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
Choose your favorite glass, preferably a wine or round glass. Pour in the Aperol and Prosecco. Top with sparkling soda water, add ice, and garnish with an orange wedge. Cheers!
