*The above shipping table is based on the order subtotal before discount codes or promotions are applied. **Express shipping options only available for Australian mainland orders up to a value of $600 (except WA & Oversize Items).
Our warehouse is working to process your order in 24-48 business hours, please allow for this in addition to your couriers shipping time.
Your order will be shipped with AUS Post, TNT or Direct Freight Express depending on its size and weight.
Note if you are in a regional area your shipping time will take the extended days provided in the below table.
We do not ship orders to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Free shipping promotions are only valid on orders within Australia. These exclude any shipping upgrades or bulky shipping fees.
Oversize Shipping Exclusions
Several of our products are rather heavy, and therefore cannot be shipped with express or international shipping at this time. These items include:

- The Reclining Pillow Lounger
- The Floor Pillow
- All Al Fresco and Waterhouse Furniture
- Patio Umbrellas, Resort Market Umbrellas and Vista Shades
- Modular Pillow Stack
- The Shore and Hudson Furniture

International Shipping
Orders shipping outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. We are not responsible for any additional charges as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Please contact your local customs or DHL office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
Due to the large size and heavy weight of certain items, they are not available to ship outside of Australia. See the full list of exclusions above.
