SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic Shipping
Our warehouse aims to process all orders within 24–48 business hours, in addition to the courier’s transit time noted above.
Orders are shipped via AUS Post, TNT, or Direct Freight Express, depending on parcel size and delivery location. Western Australia orders have separate rates and longer transit times, typically 7–14 days.
Customers in regional or remote areas may experience extended delivery windows.
Express shipping is available for Australian mainland orders up to a value of $600, excluding Western Australia and oversized items. Orders exceeding this threshold will ship via Standard or Direct Freight Express, depending on size and weight.
Several of our products are considered oversized and therefore cannot be shipped via express or international services at this time. These items include:

We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time.
International Shipping
Orders shipping outside of Australia may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Customs policies vary by country, and any charges applied once an order reaches its destination are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not able to control or predict these costs, as all Customs and Duty fees are determined by the local government of the destination country. For more information, please contact your local customs or DHL office regarding any applicable taxes or import fees.
Due to the size and weight of certain items, some products are not eligible for international delivery. Please refer to the Oversized Shipping Exclusionssection above for details.
