Shipping

Regular shipping is free on all domestic Australian orders over $100 (excl. WA & NZ).

Regular shipping is free to mainland WA on orders over $400 AUD, otherwise rate calculated in cart.

Express shipping options are available for Australian mainland orders up to $1000 (all expect WA) and on orders up to $699.99 for WA.

Other International and External Territories Orders, rates will be calculated in the checkout cart.

All freight services are experiencing severe delays due to the COVID situation. Carriers are dealing with record shipping volumes, border closures, and reduced staff due to restrictions.

With all these delays, packages will be delayed to be processed, picked, packed and delivered through Aus Post and TNT.

Your order will be shipped from our Warehouse in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent email confirmation with
tracking information. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. 

We can only ship smaller items like Coolers, Ice Packs and Hats to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Larger items like Tables, Chairs and Umbrellas cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Promotions

Only one discount code or promotion can be used per order. Discount or promotion codes cannot be combined. 

Promotions or discounts cannot be retroactively applied to orders placed prior to promotion start date. 

Free Upgrade to Express Shipping promotion is only valid on mainland Australia orders until midnight Sunday December 19th, 2021. Please be aware of express shipping cut off dates stated below for all states. Not valid on orders over $1000 for all states except WA. Not valid on orders over $699 for WA.
