Care

Outdoor metal furniture is designed for durability, but routine care will help maintain its finish and extend its lifespan—especially in coastal or high-moisture environments.

• Clean regularly: Wash with a soft cloth, sponge, or soft bristle brush using mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to fully air dry.
• Coastal + salt exposure: Salt air, chlorine, and humidity can accelerate wear. In coastal areas or near pools, clean more frequently to protect the finish.
• Use protective covers: When not in use, cover furniture to protect from sun, rain, and debris. This helps preserve both finish and structural integrity.
• Pay attention to joints + undersides: Regularly clean underneath and around joints or welds to prevent build-up of dirt and moisture.
• Avoid abrasives: Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive pads, as they may damage protective coatings.
• Prevent standing water: Ensure furniture is placed on level ground and allowed to drain and dry after rain.

Important Note on Interior Frame Moisture

Tubular metal frames may allow moisture to enter and collect internally from rain or condensation. This can occasionally result in water releasing from openings when the piece is moved.

To help minimise this, keep furniture covered when not in use and allow it to fully dry after exposure to wet conditions.
