Ordering & Availability

For backordered or out of stock items that are purchased, you will be sent an email promptly. In this case, customers can decide whether they’d like to select a replacement, receive store credit, wait until product is back in stock or a full refund.

For pre-orders, the date of delivery is an approximate and we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. If the approximate delivery date is subject to change you will be notified via email.

Returns and Refunds Policy

All Business & Pleasure Co. orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not issue refunds due to ‘change of mind’. 

Exchanges and returns are approved at the discretion of Business & Pleasure Co. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

For Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at au.orders@businessandpleasureco.comWe will request photos of the damage to be attached in your email. We will issue a discount for the item to be repaired or will ship out replacement parts to repair the item. If the item is not able to be repaired, please ship the damaged/faulty item back in its original packaging with all tags in place. We will assess the item upon return of the product and ship out a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

How to Return Your Item

If you are returning your item and have contacted us at we will provide you with an approval to ship back the item. Please ensure the item has all of its original packaging and tags.
