We ship all orders Monday through Friday, before 12 PM. Any orders placed after 10 AM will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple packages and shipments if you’ve ordered multiple items.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be advised.
Estimated Delivery Times
For all metro deliveries, please allow 3-5 working days for arrival.
For all rural deliveries, please allow 4-7 working days for arrival.

Ordering & Availability
For backordered or out of stock items that are purchased, you will be sent an email promptly. In this case, customers can decide whether they’d like to order a replacement, receive store credit, or a full refund.
For pre-orders, the date of delivery is an approximate and we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. If the approximate delivery date is subject to change you will be notified via email.
Returns and Refunds Policy
All Business & Pleasure Co. orders are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds due to ‘change of mind’. We are happy to issue an exchange for unused goods within 7 business days from the date of delivery, provided we receive the items back in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are approved at the discretion of Business & Pleasure Co. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

For Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will request photos of the damage to be attached in your email. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Please ship the damaged/faulty item back in its original packaging with all tags in place. We will assess the item upon return of the product. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
How to Return Your Item
If you are returning your item and have contacted us at email@example.com we will provide you with a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number). Please ensure the item has all of its original packaging and tags.
